Question 1

What do I get with the Silver pass?

Accepted Answer

The Silver pass at $9.99/month includes unlimited AI text chat with persistent memory, 200 image generations per month, 100 voice-call minutes per month, 4 extra chat slots, access to all anime characters, and video generation capabilities. The Gold pass at $29.99/month includes 1,000 image generations, 400 voice minutes and 15 extra chat slots.

Question 2

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Silver and Gold passes have a 3-month minimum subscription period, and cancellation is only allowed after that 3-month minimum commitment. Once the minimum period has passed, you can unsubscribe at any time from the Settings → Subscriptions tab.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment processor.

Question 4

Is there a free trial available?

Accepted Answer

There is no time-limited trial — the free tier is permanent. Guests can generate 2 anime images without signing up, and every free account starts with 15 messages, 5 image credits and 5 voice minutes, plus a reward wheel you can spin every 18 hours, so you can explore the platform before committing to a subscription.

Question 5

What is the difference between packages and token purchases?

Accepted Answer

Packages are monthly subscriptions that provide recurring tokens at a discounted rate. Token purchases are one-time buys for additional generations beyond your package allowance.
